E-LEARNING SPECIALIST 100%

Role Overview

For our Retail International department, we are looking for a motivated eLearning Specialist to support digital training for retail stores across the globe.

In this role, you will support the Learning & Development team to develop user-friendly online learning programs and courses, ensure the efficiency of the learning platform and liaise with Markets users.

Responsibilities

Learning Designer

  • Structure and develop engaging learning material, with the right mix of media assets, interactivities, animations, quizzes, and various other interesting elements for a successful knowledge transfer
  • Deploy and complete eLearning assignments from start to end, including and not limited to: course creation, translation projects, uploading courses, notifying learners of new courses, course participation reporting
  • Incorporate current technology when developing Swatch educational curriculum
  • Share technical expertise and advise to eLearning team in the area of e-course development

System support

  • Optimize the learning platform and manage administrative capabilities to ensure a proficient learning platform
  • Share technical expertise to eLearning team in the area of system capabilities and improvements
  • Monitor the Mailbox requests; Support and respond to learners inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate and conduct the training for new system administrators

The eLearning Specialist will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external service providers and users in markets.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented personality who can also work independently

Professional requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience in Learning Management Systems (particularly Totara), Articulate, Storyline, Photoshop and video editing

Languages

In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French.
